Who is Shanti Feuerlein
Having Indo-British and German roots, I grew up in a multicultural environment in Brussels, where I was exposed from an early age to people from diverse backgrounds.
My life has been shaped by travel and meaningful encounters, which led me to develop a deep interest in human beings, their mechanisms of adaptation and survival, and their desire for personal growth and fulfillment.
Our upbringing, beliefs, and ideals help us navigate life, but they do not always provide us with the tools we need to move forward. While we experience moments of happiness, we must also face challenges, hardships, and loss.
We have all, at some point, felt stuck, overwhelmed by situations that seemed insurmountable, or misunderstood. It can be difficult to find our path and make the right decisions. These experiences can arise at any stage of life and often lead to anxiety, a loss of confidence, and diminished self-esteem.
I am here to support you in facing these challenges and to help you develop new tools that will enable you to shift your perspective and move forward. By learning to better understand yourself, becoming aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and discovering your true aspirations, you can unlock your full potential and thrive.

My Approach
Shanti Feuerlein´s approach combines brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and life coaching.
Brief therapy focuses on short-term, solution-oriented work. It helps identify what is not working and quickly implement practical strategies to create change.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It helps identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.
Life coaching draws from psychology and behavioural science, and focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and taking action to move forward in a clear and meaningful way.
By integrating these approaches, I provide structured and effective support, helping you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change.
